Welcome to my home.
Rooms for stories, books and interesting work practices.
I have spent decades of working life across organisations, functions and roles — or as I now put it, I have been in different rooms. A lifelong student of consumer behaviour, I have polished my gift of observation and intuition: studying the silences, the noise and the outbursts. Today I follow my passion — working with nature, and writing about what all those rooms have taught me.
My sincere and heartfelt wish is to give — to transmit — in the hope that it helps a fertile mind like yours to do better, to excel, and to bring out its best. Explore the rooms of this house at your own pace. And if you would like to sit down for a chat, I am available — and willing.

01 · Stills
Short stories told through still images.
Some stories don’t move. They sit, the way a photograph sits on a wall — waiting for you to look longer than you normally would. A few stills are already on the wall. The full season will arrive first on Instagram. Enter any one. There is no order here.

02 · The Tell
Workplace mysteries.
Every workplace has a moment when something true shows itself — a pause before an answer, an applause that runs one second too long. The Tell is a series of workplace mysteries told in thirteen frames. You are not given the answer. You are given the room. Watch it.
One room is open for now. The others will open first on LinkedIn.

03 · Axiom Stories
Narrative understanding.
Every organisation has one quality that never appears in its brochure — invisible, and yet the reason things hold when they should have broken. Axiom writes that quality as a story crafted for its intended audience: a mystery of about twelve minutes, delivered as a WhatsApp read and a small softbound booklet for the people who matter to you.
The organisation brings a truth. I listen for what is not in the brochure. A story is written for the people who need to feel it. It leaves as a read, a booklet, or a room someone remembers.

04 · Kabir Vaidya
Original chamber mysteries.
One room. One truth nobody wanted found. Kabir Vaidya does not chase criminals; he watches rooms until they confess. A WhatsApp-first chamber mystery series. Episode One is kept here as the first room. The current case continues on WhatsApp — begin with Episode One, and notice the steel tiffin on the windowsill that nobody moved. If you noticed it, you are already watching the way Kabir watches.
The series is live. New episodes releasing now. Join the channel to read all released episodes.
05 · The Bookshelf
A bookshelf, not a library.
Books written at home and shelved at home — on soil and trees, on the invisible architecture of sport, on people whose work is to witness. Each is being prepared for Kindle, one at a time. Nothing here asks to be bought. It asks to be opened.

06 · The Study
Thirty years inside organisational rooms. Still taking notes.
I describe my working life as rooms — each field a room I spent years inside. Nine rooms below. For each one: where I worked, and beneath it, one distillation — the single piece of lived wisdom that room left behind. Take whichever adds to your own.
01 Entertainment, Personalities & Branded Culture
The room: ABCL · Arvind Entertainment
What happened there: movies, music, celebrity management, branded entertainment, family entertainment destinations
What stayed
People do not remember production. They remember how a moment made them feel — and who they became for a few minutes inside that experience.
02 Service, Systems & Organisational Behaviour
The room: iCall (Adani Group)
What happened there: customer service, BPO operations, process implementation, people systems
What stayed
Organisations are felt most clearly at the point of pressure. A process is only as strong as the people expected to carry it.
03 Digital Entertainment, Alliances & Scale
The room: Reliance Entertainment
What happened there: digital entertainment, gaming, strategic alliances, retail roll-outs, new verticals
What stayed
Ideas do not become real because they are exciting. They become real when systems, people, partners and timing begin to move together.
04 Enterprise, Food Systems & Strategic Transition
The room: Anil Limited
What happened there: food ingredients, ready-to-eat, international alliances, new market entry
What stayed
Transition is never only strategic. It is emotional. Organisations must first believe they are allowed to become something else.
05 International Practice & Human Systems
The room: Speridian Technologies, Dubai
The terrain: MENA — government, banks, hospitality; assignments in Kenya, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and New York
What stayed
Countries change, markets change, business etiquette changes. Human motivations remain surprisingly familiar.
06 Entrepreneurship, Failure & Responsibility
The ventures: shrimp farming · Kenya food distribution · powdered beverages
The nature of it: independent practice — ventures that worked, and ventures that taught
What stayed
A good idea, a viable business and the discipline required to survive reality are three different things.
07 Agriculture & Living Systems
The room: Happy Gardens · Demai Greens
What happened there: hydroponics, aeroponics, seasonal vegetables, trees
What stayed
Nature does not negotiate with ambition. It responds to patience, continuity and care.
08 Sports Event Thinking
The arena: large sporting events · government interfaces
What happened there: protocol, ceremonies, team systems, field thinking
What stayed
The visible event is only the outcome. The real work happens in the invisible systems that make it possible.
09 Writing, Stories & Witness
What happened there: STILLS · The Tell · Kabir Vaidya · Axiom Stories · Books across four genres
What stayed
Experience becomes useful only when it is observed carefully, connected honestly and shared without noise.
Today
Four continuing practices — Writing, the Storytelling Studio (Axiom), Green Infrastructure, and Consulting. Not separate careers: different expressions of one enquiry — how do people, organisations and living systems grow with clarity and purpose?
Now growing · Demai Greens
A tree nursery taking root at Demai, a village a hundred kilometres from Ahmedabad — native trees raised from seed, sapling, graft and tissue culture, on fertigation and reverse-osmosis water, because roots grow faster and healthier in clean water. The trade is unorganised; we are bringing science, sincerity and transparency to it. More grows from here.
Alongside, I continue to offer a quiet advisory eye on large-format events, sports systems and public-facing experiences — only where the fit feels right.
If a thought needs another chair
If you are building something — a project, an idea, a team, a story, a farm, an institution — and think a different pair of eyes might help, I am genuinely open. Strategy, writing, advisory, collaboration, or simply a conversation that does not follow the agenda. If something here caught your attention, it probably means we are reading the same kinds of rooms.

07 · Conversation
If something sparked a thought, the door is open.
This is the sitting room. WhatsApp carries the stories, Substack the longer letters, LinkedIn the working world, Instagram and Facebook the stills. Write to me on any of them. I read everything, and I answer the way this house does everything — unhurried.
Before you go
I really enjoyed your visit — and I hope you did too.
Come, Again.
આવજો.
