What I am doing NOW.

Observe closely. Write honestly. Trust slowly.

Nirav Manubhai, in conversation at the threshold of his home on the web

Writing

Kabir Vaidya Season 2 is complete — ten episodes, ten Indian cities, one investigator who reads rooms rather than people. The episodes are releasing weekly. Sitting with them as they go out, one by one, without rushing what arrives next.

Come, Sit – Just Ask is mid-season. Seven stories that explain AI through ordinary human lives. No jargon inside any of them. The quality test I use: if my mother nods before I finish reading it to her, it passes.

STILLS is releasing every Sunday. Ten rooms. Small human moments held still long enough to show you something you already knew.

Axiom Stories is growing too — stories for organisations, written from the rooms where culture, judgement, power and human behaviour quietly shape what happens next.

Building

Spent several weeks building the Gift Intelligence layer for this house — a system that lets a story travel from one person to another through WhatsApp, with each journey recorded. Not a share button. Something closer to passing a book across a table.

The house architecture is now stable. New stories publish automatically. The engine is invisible to the guest. That is how it should be.

Tending

Demai Greens — the native tree nursery I run with Gaurav — is in its growing season. We work with species that belong to this semi-arid land. Some take years to establish. That patience is not a problem. It is the whole point.

Returning to

Purposeful walking. Not exercise — more like a moving practice. Something about putting the body in motion, without a screen or a destination, helps thoughts settle and energy find its right place. What the mind cannot resolve sitting still, the feet sometimes sort out quietly.

And Sankhya. The witness stance is not a philosophy I adopted — it is one I recognised when I found it described. That recognition keeps asking to be understood more deeply.

Around the House

Four doors for reading.

If you’ve read this far, perhaps you’re no longer just passing through.

My home on the web is just around the corner. Wander in. Notice something. Stay as long as you like.

And if you ever find yourself in Ahmedabad, there is a real home too. The invitation works there just as well.
