- COVER: THE SILENT PARTNER · A story about a frame. · Her first solo exhibition. His hand in every photograph.
- 02/10: The gallery opening was packed. Large canvases. Monochrome landscapes. They belonged to her. Her first major solo exhibition.
- 03/10: Her husband stood three inches behind her. A corporate director. Tonight, his hands stayed open. His voice stayed low.
- 04/10: When patrons approached, he smiled and stepped back just enough to let her speak. His posture said: it is all hers.
- 05/10: Then the chief guest arrived, followed by the press photographer. Flashguns cycled. Synthetic lightning across white walls.
- THE TELL: As the photographer raised the lens, the husband placed a hand lightly on her waist. Not to steady her. To steady his place inside the photograph.
- 07/10: On the digital preview, the photographer checked the frame. The hand on her waist sat at the centre of every shot.
- 08/10: Her smile remained level. Fixed. Beautiful. It had not changed in fifteen years of exhibitions.
- 09/10: The flashguns moved on to the next frame. She turned back to her canvas. Her husband was already talking to the chief guest.
- THE MIRROR: On the preview screen, the image looked complete. It was. That was the arrangement.
